Implementing a robotized warehouse system requires a sophisticated integration between the Warehouse Management System and the movements of the AGV. Eurotec provides an in-house multi-layered software solution exclusively developed for the Lowpad.
The first layer, called Supervisor is a software product that is delivered in conjunction with the Lowpad. Supervisor has been developed as a standard software solution to manage the Lowpads, Warehouse grids, and job execution.
The second layer is called Organiser; this is the Warehouse Control System (WCS). Where Supervisor is a regular software solution with standard integration layers, Organiser facilitates flexibility thanks to adaptation to and integration with customer-specific applications. Within Organiser, all client-specific data and parameters of multiple subsystems are collected and translated into process tasks for Supervisor. Thanks to smart algorithms in Organiser, the Lowpad can also perform complex order processing tasks.
